Scope of Service:
The contractor will provide Ryan White C.A.R.E Act services which are intended to improve the quality, availability and organization of health care and support services for eligible HIV infected patients and families and State Formula Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) services which are intended to provide housing assistance to low-income persons living with HIV disease in order to prevent homelessness.
